CASE STUDY: Team Development

This leading mining services contractor (1200+pax) was dealing with multiple issues of sexual harassment in their remote workforce and were investigating four specific complaints.
Intending to expand their female representation on-site, they needed to ensure all team members were safe and understood what comprised harassment vs “good-natured” remarks.
Our Initial engagement was to provide solutions to:
Train all personnel on harassment, including what was acceptable and what to do if you were being harassed.
